I am reading a fascinating book called The 4 Hour Work Week by Timothy Ferriss. I highly recommend it although I am sometimes uncomfortable with his borderline vocabulary.
Based on the Pareto Principle he asked these two questions:
1. Which 20% of sources/causes are producing 80% of my problems?
2. Which 20% of sources or causes are producing 80% of my desired outcomes?
I found these questions challenging and interesting for someone who wants to be effective in reaching his financial destiny. It led me to this thought which I pose to myself and my readers today:
What would happen if I focused 80% of my energy and time to do two things:
1. To reduce or eliminate the 20% sources of the majority if my problems and
2. To amplify the 20% causes of the majority of my desired outcome?
